Lore Gaming Company Staff
Troye Gerard
The original idea man behind the Lore Gaming business, Troye is
also the chief designer of the house game system that is the basis
of Lore:
Uprising, Lore:
Hunters and Lore:
Origins. He has also been the guiding force behind the directions
the games have taken. He has been roleplaying since 1983
and began laying the groundwork for designing his own system only
two years after he first played. With the aid of Daniel Beatty
and Jeremy Huffman, both no longer a part of the design team,
Troye produced the first drafts of the system, where much of the
original atmosphere remains.
Bryan Donihue
Introduced to the company in 1996, Bryan was originally brought
in to do the artwork for the first game, Lore:
Uprising. He soon took on the business and legal aspects of
the company and turned the loose company framework into a legal
entity, which began a new leg of the company's journey. Since
then, Bryan has gotten his hands into everything from game design
to story and adventure drafting. As a general partner and Vice
President of the company, Bryan is currently working on game design,
as well as the legal and business aspects; he is also the current
webmaster for the site. In his "spare" time, he is writing
one of the beginning adventure modules and a novel based on the
game Lore:
Uprising.
Lore Gaming has also had a large group of people be our playtesters
over the years. This group includes a diverse group of individuals
who were with us anywhere from one or two games on up to several
years. We would like to publicly thank all of them. Without them,
Lore Gaming would not be the company it is today.
We also want to thank our official Game Testers.
Thank you for the time and effort invested in making Lore: Uprising the game that it is!
